- My second chapter (literature review) was approved by my dissertation committee in December 2020. Chapter 2 cited more than 100 peer-reviewed articles published within the last five years related to my topics (international schools, organizational performance, job satisfaction, and leadership styles).
- I’m 12 pages into Chapter 3. I plan to submit Chapter 1 to 3 for committee and dean review by the end of this month.
- I spent most of last week compiling a database of accredited international schools. This work will continue. The database includes international schools who are accredited by the likes of BOS, CIS, COBIS, MSA, NEASC, and/or WASC. The final database will be the study's population.
