Mindful eating

Over the years people have asked about my weight loss story. Between 2002 and 2008 I did some waxing and then some wa[y]ning; gaining and loosing weight, gaining and loosing. . . In 2007-2008 I changed many of my eating and grocery shopping habits and lost 50 pounds.
