Last year I began a new stage of life's journey. After fifteen years of serving as a dean, I felt God's leading to return to teaching on a full-time basis. As dean, my teaching load had gradually been reduced. What might happen if I returned to the classroom full-time? After praying for a long time, I made the move. It has been such a blessing to focus on my first loves professionally--teaching, writing, preaching, and working with students. I learned again how important it is to focus on following God’s leadership, my heart, and trusting God to provide.
